Add elegant, perfectly shaped petals to cakes, cupcakes, biscuits and other baked treats with this easy-to-use mould from Katy Sue. The fine detail ensures consistent, professional results every time. Fill it with cooked sugar, candy melts, marzipan, chocolate, modelling paste, sugar paste, fondant or flower paste. You can also create petals from salt dough, clay, cold porcelain or embossing powder. Once the mould has been used for non-food projects, please continue to use it solely for that purpose and no longer for food products.

Instructions
Start by washing and drying the mould. Press your chosen medium into the cavities, then gently remove any excess. Invert the mould and release the perfectly formed petal. When you’re finished, wash the mould to remove any leftover product.
