    Katy Sue Mould Cake System Butterflies
    Create beautiful butterflies with this Katy Sue mould. These elegant butterflies are perfect for decorating wedding cakes and other special-occasion treats. The mould was developed in collaboration with cake designer and international teacher Ceri Griffiths.

    The mould is simple to use and works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy or boiled sugar.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier removal.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.

    Katy Sue moulds are crafted from food-safe silicone in their own UK factory. Their proprietary designs have earned multiple awards in the US and UK and are copyrighted by Katy Sue Designs Ltd©.
