Katy Sue Mold Cake System Rose Garland
Developed in collaboration with cake designer and international teacher Ceri Griffiths, this flexible silicone mould makes it easy to add elegant rose decorations to wedding cakes and other special-occasion bakes.
The mould is simple to use and works with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets or cooked sugar.
For best results, use the mould with food products only.
To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then turn the mould over and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier demoulding.
Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
