    Katy Sue Mold Iron Chain
    This versatile mold lets you quickly build a stylish iron-chain effect around cakes, desserts, or chocolate pieces. The mould features various link styles and lengths, so you can create a decorative chain to suit any cake. Press the chain into soft fondant, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, candy or cooked sugar, then gently remove the excess with a modelling tool. The flexible design also lets you shape individual chocolate links for desserts, pastries or other sweet treats.

    To use, dust the mould with cornflour, press your chosen medium into the cavities, then gently remove any excess. A modelling stick helps with this step. Carefully release the formed piece and attach it to your creation.
