This set includes two large and two small seahorse cavities. Ideal for adding an underwater accent to baked goods, the mould lets you create edible decorations for cakes, cupcakes and biscuits. Pair it with other Katy Sue moulds—such as Bubbles & Pearls or Fish, Seaweed & Coral—to build a complete ocean scene. The mould works with fondant, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets and cooked sugar.

Dust the mould with cornflour, press in your chosen medium, trim away excess with a modelling tool, then gently release the shape and add it to your creation.
