Katy Sue Mould Various Petals
This versatile Katy Sue mould lets you create multiple sizes of petals, poppy heads, buds and leaves in perfectly detailed form every time. Simply fill the cavities with boiled sugar, candy melts, chocolate, flower paste, modelling paste, sugar paste, or fondant and marzipan to create perfect petals every time.
The mould is also suitable for craft projects using cold porcelain, salt dough, clay and embossing powder, but we recommend designating one mould for food work and another for non-food creations.
Instructions for use
Before use, wash the mould thoroughly and dry it completely. If any residue remains, dust the cavities with a light layer of cornflour. Press your chosen medium into the mould, then gently remove any excess from the edges. Invert the mould and carefully release the formed piece.
