Katy Sue Mould Veiner Mushrooms
Add a touch of magic to fairy-tale or forest-themed cakes, cupcakes and cookies with this Katy Sue mould. It lets you create five different mushrooms in various sizes and styles, each one with fine, lifelike detail.
The mould is suitable for both food and non-food projects, but once it has been used for non-food creations, we recommend continuing to use it for that purpose.
Instructions for use
Before using the mould, wash and dry it thoroughly. Press your chosen medium (gum paste, fondant, or modelling chocolate) into the cavities, trim away any excess along the edges, then gently turn the mould over and release the perfectly formed mushrooms. If the mixture sticks, dust the mould with a little cornflour before pressing in the paste.
