    Katy Sue Pearl Decorative Border Mould
    Use it to shape delicate pearl borders for cakes, cupcakes and other sweet creations. The fine detail produces a elegant, uniform finish every time.

    Simply press in your chosen medium—fondant, flower or modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, boiled sugar or isomalt—then gently release the detailed shape.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, trim away any excess, then gently release the formed piece. For smoother results, dust the mould with cornflour before filling.

    The mould is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe for easy cleanup.

    Katy Sue moulds are crafted from food-safe silicone in the brand’s own UK factory. The proprietary designs have earned multiple awards in the US and UK and are copyrighted by Katy Sue Designs Ltd©.
