    Katy Sue Small Flowers Mould
    Use this flexible silicone mould to shape four delicate small flowers in minutes. They’re ideal for topping cupcakes or embellishing larger cakes, and you can mix and match them with other blooms to build a full floral display.

    The mould is simple to use and works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets or boiled sugar.
    For best results, use the mould with food products only.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. For smoother results, dust the mould with cornflour before adding your medium.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
