    Katy Sue Snowflakes Mould
    Create beautiful snowflake decorations with this Katy Sue mould. Ideal for winter and Frozen-themed cakes, it also works well for adding seasonal detail to cupcakes, biscuits and other treats. The finely detailed design ensures crisp, professional results every time.

    The mould is simple to use and works well with fondant, flower paste, modelling paste, marzipan, chocolate, sweets or boiled sugar.
    For best results, use it exclusively with food products.

    To use, press your chosen medium into the mould, remove any excess so the edges are clear, then invert the mould and gently release the shape. If needed, dust the mould with cornflour for easier release.

    Wash and dry the mould before use; it is oven-safe up to 200°C (392°F) and dishwasher-safe.
