    With Kitchen Craft’s ceramic baking beans, you can easily bake a perfect tart base. The beans are used for blind baking pastry, ensuring the base retains its shape during baking. The weight of the baking beans prevents the pastry from rising and stops air bubbles from forming in the base.

    The ceramic baking beans distribute the heat evenly, ensuring the tart base bakes beautifully and evenly. Ideal for making quiches, tarts, tartlets and other bases that need to be blind-baked first. The beans are heat-resistant and can be easily cooled and reused after use.
