Kitchen Craft Rosette Moulds Iron Set/3
Use these cutters to create traditional, crispy rosettes and other decorative biscuits. The set includes star, circle and flower shapes, all fitted with a long handle for comfortable handling.

Includes a traditional recipe for crispy Rosettes (Swedish biscuits).

    Ingredients:

    • 2 eggs
    • 50 ml milk
    • 50 g sifted flour
    • Neutral-tasting oil
    • Icing sugar, to taste
    • A baking tray lined with kitchen paper or baking paper.

    Method:

    • Whisk together the eggs, milk, sifted flour and icing sugar until smooth.
    • Continue whisking until the mixture is smooth.
    • Let the batter rest for 30 minutes to develop structure and improve texture.
    • Meanwhile, heat the oil in a small, deep saucepan to 185°C.
    • Give the batter another quick stir.
    • Submerge the rosette iron in the hot oil to heat it.
    • Lift it out, shake off excess oil, and immediately dip the iron into the batter.
    • Immediately dip the iron into the batter.
Take care not to submerge the iron too deeply in the batter.
    • Return the iron to the hot oil.
    • When the batter sets, gently lift the iron to release the rosette.
    • Let the rosette gently slide back into the oil.
    • When the rosette turns light brown, lift it from the oil and transfer it to a lined baking tray.
    • Repeat with the remaining batter until it is fully used.

    Enjoy your meal!
