    Koopmans Tulband Mix 465 g
    This blend includes real bourbon vanilla, evident in the distinctive black specks, delivering classic, old-fashioned flavour.

    Simply blend 175 g butter, 50 ml milk and 4 eggs with the mix, then bake as directed.
    Yields about 20 slices.

    Preparation
    Preheat your oven and position the rack slightly below the centre. Grease a tulip cake tin with butter, then dust it with flour or use baking spray. In a mixing bowl, beat 175 g butter until soft and creamy. Add the entire pack of tulband mix, 4 eggs and 50 ml milk at once. Mix on low for 1 minute, then on high for 3 minutes until the batter is light and fluffy. Pour it into a prepared bundt pan and bake for 65–70 minutes until golden brown and a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean. Let the cake cool in the pan for 2 minutes. After two minutes, remove from the tin and allow to cool completely on a wire rack. Once cool, dust with sifted icing sugar for a elegant finish.
