Koopmans Professional Cake Flour 5 kg
This basic mix produces traditional cakes with a subtle lemon note, and it contains no added sugar. For one cake, simply measure 250 g of cake flour.

Contents: 5 kg

For every kilogram of mix,cream 800 g of butter or margarine until soft, then beat in 800 g of sugar.
Add 600 g of egg, 200 ml of milk, then the cake flour, and beat for about 5 minutes until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Bake for 60–70 minutes at 160°C.
