Logo galettes template stainless steel oval medium

Product information:
This stainless steel template, specially developed for this purpose, and/or forms the basis for the rapid production of unique chocolate galettes.

The template contains 4x5 ovals measuring 6x3 cm and has a thickness of 1.5 mm.

With this template, in combination with a self-printed chocolate print sheet, you can make your own chocolate strips with your own print.

You will need:

• A food printer

• A4-size chocolate print sheets

• This template

• Recommended: Logo Galettes Ironing tray + Sliding tray (item 353107)

• White chocolate

• Template for aligning and printing the sheets
  

It works as follows:

You create a design for the strip and divide and print it on a chocolate printing sheet using, for example, the Excel template that we provide (you can request this by email).

• Place the template on the printed chocolate printing sheet and spread the chocolate into the template. (Do this with a palette knife or the Logo-Galettes Spreading Tray + Sliding Tray).

• Remove the template and allow the chocolate to set.
