    This rich, warm cinnamon flavour blends effortlessly into (cup)cakes, puddings, muffins, biscuits, sweet breads, icing and more.

    For easy substitution, 1 teaspoon of baking extract equals 1 teaspoon of emulsion.

Unlike most alcohol-based extracts, LorAnn emulsions are water-based, so they remain stable at high temperatures and will not lose flavour when baked. With so many advantages, LorAnn Professional Bakery Emulsions are available in a wide range of flavours.

    Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, natural flavouring, xanthan gum, alcohol, flavouring (E1505). Certifications: Kosher and gluten-free. Allergen note: May contain traces of milk, egg, soya and peanuts.
