    LorAnn Flavouring Emulsion Rum 118 ml    . Add authentic rum flavour to your baked goods with this convenient emulsion. LorAnn Rum Flavouring Emulsion lets you quickly and easily infuse recipes with rich rum notes. Simply fold it into (cup)cakes, cakes, creams and other treats. The emulsion contains less than 2% alcohol, so you enjoy authentic rum notes without the alcohol taste. Use it wherever a rum extract is called for, and enjoy consistent, flavourful results.

    As a general guideline, 1 teaspoon of baking extract equals 1 teaspoon of emulsion.

    Ingredients: Water, propylene glycol, natural and artificial flavouring, xanthan gum, alcohol, colouring: E150. This product is Kosher certified and gluten-free. It may contain traces of milk, egg, soya and peanuts.
