Macarons Assortment Ø3.5 cm 160 pcs.
This box contains an assortment of almond biscuits in four vibrant colours. The assortment includes four classic flavours: strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and pistachio. Each shell is ready for you to fill as desired: pipe in buttercream, ganache, jam or any other filling to suit your menu. The shells measure 3.5 cm in diameter and are supplied in a box of 160 (40 of each colour).

The reduced moisture content ensures a longer shelf life, and if the shells (along with their filling) are left at room temperature for a short period, the centers will soften as they absorb moisture from the filling.

Once filled, the macarons can be frozen if the filling allows it. When thawed, moisture from the air may condense on the cold shells, softening them slightly.
