Mattisson Bourbon Vanilla Powder 30g
Mattisson Bourbon Vanilla Powder 30g is an aromatic vanilla powder made from ground Bourbon vanilla beans from Madagascar. This vanilla is known for its warm, rich and sweet flavour and is widely used in baking recipes and desserts.

As the powder is made from the whole vanilla pod, it imparts an intense and natural vanilla flavour to various dishes. Vanilla powder is also a good alternative to a vanilla pod: approximately 2.5 grams of vanilla powder is equivalent to one vanilla pod.

Use vanilla powder, for example, in cake batter, biscuit dough or muffins for a rich vanilla flavour. Also suitable for desserts such as custard, cheesecake, panna cotta or homemade ice cream. You can also incorporate it into buttercream, custard or pastry cream for cakes and pastries. A small amount of vanilla powder is often enough to give baked goods, desserts or cream fillings a full vanilla flavour.
