Mattisson Celtic Sea Salt Coarse 400g is harvested by hand in France. This natural sea salt is known for its mild and delicate flavour. Its grey colour is caused by the sea salt coming into contact with clay minerals during harvesting. As a result, the salt naturally contains various minerals and acquires its characteristic colour.

The salt is naturally slightly moist. Thanks to this subtle moisture, it has a soft texture and blends easily into various dishes. Use it, for example, when baking bread, focaccia or savoury tarts, or as a finishing touch on freshly baked bread, pretzels or other savoury baked goods. As the salt is harvested naturally and is not refined, the product may occasionally contain small traces of shells or sand.
