The Microplane V-Grater Slicer Grey is an adjustable V-grater that allows you to slice fruit and vegetables with precision. The sharp V-shaped stainless steel blade glides easily through ingredients and ensures even slices. The dial allows you to easily adjust the slice thickness, from paper-thin to 8 mm. 

The slicer has an ergonomic soft-touch handle that fits comfortably in the hand and is suitable for both left- and right-handed use. The non-slip base and integrated bowl supports provide extra stability whilst slicing. The V-grater measures 35.5 x 10.2 x 3.5 cm and is compact to store.

This V-grater is ideal for slicing a variety of fruit and vegetables. Think of thin slices of cucumber for salads, onion rings for savoury dishes or evenly sliced potatoes for gratins. You can also quickly and evenly slice fruit such as apples, citrus fruits or tomatoes. In addition, the slicer is handy for making thin apple slices for an invisible apple cake, strawberry slices for tarts and desserts, or citrus slices as decoration on cakes. 

Thanks to the adjustable cutting thickness, you can easily switch between wafer-thin slices and thicker cuts.
