Simply add water to create classic pouring cream, or use it to prepare authentic, old-fashioned pastry cream (crème pâtissière) with true artisan quality.
Because it contains no added sugar, you can easily adapt it for both sweet and savoury recipes.
Please note that this powder is not suitable for baking or freezing.

Recipe: Combine 100 g cooking cream powder, 150 g sugar and 1 L semi-skimmed milk.
Method: Whisk the cooking cream powder and sugar with a splash of milk until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to a boil, then gradually pour in the mixture, stirring continuously. Allow the custard to boil for a few minutes, continuing to stir, until it becomes thick and velvety.

Ingredients: corn starch, wheat starch, wheat flour, potato starch, salt, colourings E160b(ii) and E101, flavouring.
