It's easy to use: turn the cap clockwise to unlock it. Then remove the original cap from the Monin bottle and carefully push the syrup pump into it. Make sure you first insert the pump halfway into the bottle and then pump twice. This ensures that the syrup is not pushed out of the bottle. Finally, the syrup pump can be screwed tight and is ready for use.

How do you clean the Monin syrup pump?
Proper cleaning is important for the lifespan of the syrup pump.

• Disassemble the pump: unscrew the various parts for thorough cleaning.
• Cleaning: use warm, soapy water to carefully clean each part. Pump until no more syrup comes out.
• Rinse: rinse all parts with clean water to remove any soap residue. Continue pumping until only air comes out.
