Use and care
For best results, grease the mould with butter and dust lightly with flour. Fill it no more than three-quarters full to prevent overflow. Nordic Ware baking moulds are not dishwasher safe, so hand-wash them in warm, soapy water to keep the aluminium in optimal condition.
