    Decora Flan Punch Plastic Hearts Ø30cm 2-piece
    Everyone knows the traditional grids on flans or apple pies. With this flan punch it is now possible to create a heart motif on your cake or flan. Very simple and original! This flan lance features a push-out grid.

    Use instructions:

    1 -Roll the dough you want to use to the right thickness and dust it very lightly with a little flour.
    2 -Place the flan punch upside down on the work surface and dust it lightly with a little flour, place the rolled-out dough slice on top and roll over it with the rolling stick, you will now see the hearts appear.
    3 -take the excess dough away from the edge and "dribble" or tap gently with the punch on the work surface so that the hearts fall out.
    4 - unwrap the grid from the punch by lifting up the two protruding handles on the side of the punch and invert it over the cake or flan, when the grid has "landed" on your pastry press or cut the edges to size for the baking tin.
    Tip: If you want to make it even nicer, you can also finish the grid before baking with a brush of egg yolk or (green) sugar or after baking with a brush of covering jelly.
