Patis Decor Candied Orange Peel Strips 145g are soft, candied strips of orange peel with an intense citrus flavour and a slightly sweet bite. These ready-to-use pieces give your baked goods and desserts a rich orange flavour with a slightly caramelised texture.

You can use this orange peel to make classic orangettes (dipped in dark chocolate), as well as in fruitcakes, panettone and cakes. Think of a rich chocolate cake with pieces of orange, a festive stollen or a light sponge cake with a citrus twist.
