Patis Decor Fructose Powder 300g
Patis Decor Fructose Powder is a finely ground sweetener with a high sweetness level, meaning you need up to half as much as you would with ordinary sugar.

This fructose powder, derived from fruit sugar, has a low glycaemic index and is therefore an ideal sugar substitute for a wide range of applications. Due to its low glycaemic index, blood sugar levels rise more slowly, making it suitable for those who are more conscious of their sugar intake.

Its fine texture ensures that the powder dissolves quickly and completely, resulting in a smooth, grain-free finish.

Fructose powder is ideal for sweetening cakes, muffins, biscuits and tarts. It is also handy for use in cold preparations such as mousses, creams, whipped cream and drinks such as smoothies or lemonade, thanks to its rapid solubility. You can replace 100 grams of sugar with just 50 grams of fructose.
