Patis Decor Muscovado Sugar 250g is an unrefined cane sugar with an aromatic, full-bodied flavour. Unlike refined sugars, muscovado sugar still contains natural molasses, which gives it a rich flavour with notes of caramel and a subtle hint of liquorice.

This sugar is ideal for baking moist and flavourful creations. Use muscovado sugar in classics such as brownies, chocolate chip cookies and spice cake for a more intense flavour and a softer texture. It can also be used in sticky toffee pudding, banana bread or gingerbread.

Furthermore, muscovado sugar is ideal for making caramel sauces, fudge or as a sweetener in desserts such as apple crumble. Thanks to the presence of molasses, this sugar provides a deeper flavour and a creamier end result than ordinary granulated sugar.
