    Product information

    Patis Decor Pectin 325 NH 95 125g
Patis Decor Pectin 325 NH 95 125g is a gelling agent for dairy and fruit preparations where a soft, smooth texture is desired. This pectin creates a supple, lightly set texture with a beautiful sheen, without the result becoming heavy or dense. Ideal for preparations where a creamy and smooth consistency is desired.

Use this pectin for milk- and cream-based desserts, such as panna cotta, cream desserts and dairy drinks. It is also suitable for fruit purées, thicker jams and glossy toppings for cakes. Think of a soft fruit coulis over a tart, a creamy fruit layer in a dessert glass or a lightly set sauce that flows beautifully over your creation.

How do you use pectin? First
mix the pectin with sugar or other dry ingredients and add this to a warm liquid whilst stirring. Continue stirring until it has completely dissolved. The mixture sets as it cools and reaches its final consistency after approximately 24 hours. Use around 0.5 to 1.5% of the total mixture, depending on the desired thickness.
