    Patis Decor Stabiliser for Dairy 125g
    This Patis Decor Stabiliser for Dairy 125g is an additive for improving and stabilising light cream and dessert preparations. This powder acts as a stabiliser and emulsifier, helping whipped cream and mousses retain their shape better and giving them a smooth, creamy texture.

    Use this stabiliser when making whipped cream, bavarois, mousses and other desserts where firmness and lightness are important. Adding the stabiliser ensures that whipped cream remains firm for longer, collapses less quickly, releases less moisture and has a longer shelf life. 

    In addition, the stabiliser ensures that ingredients blend more evenly. This results in a smooth texture and a creamy mouthfeel. Piped swirls and fillings also retain their shape better.

    Usage: 20 g per 1 litre of cream. Add to the cream whilst mixing at low speed.
