    Patisse Basic Tinned Springform Pan Ø22cm
    The Patisse Basic Tinned Springform Pan Ø22cm is ideal to have at home. It is perfect for baking various types of cakes. Of course, it is ideal for baking a classic apple pie, but it is also great for cheesecake or monchou cake. It has a diameter of 22 centimetres.

    This uncoated tin is more susceptible to oxidation than a coated version, so we recommend removing baked goods from the tin immediately after baking to prevent condensation. Do not store baked goods in this tin, do not place the tin in the refrigerator for long periods of time, wash the tin by hand if necessary and allow it to dry thoroughly.

    It is best to wipe the tin with kitchen paper or a cloth after use, as this will leave the tin slightly greasy, making it less susceptible to moisture.
