Pavoni Pavoflex silicone baking mould Madeleine – 60x40cm. Pavoflex is a range of premium silicone moulds that pair original designs with Italian style. The flexible, non-stick design makes it ideal for cakes, ice cream, and other desserts. With this mould, you can bake up to 44 madeleines at once. The mould is oven-safe up to +280°C, microwave-safe and freezer-safe down to -40°C. After use, rinse the mould with hot water; if any residue remains, simply wash with mild soap and a soft sponge.
