This flexible silicone mouldconsistsof fifteenidenticalcylinders, each measuring Ø45 x 28 mm (about 1.8 x 1.1 inches)and set in a 30 x 17.5 cm (12x 7 inch) tray. It is ideal for creating perfectly round portions of bavarois, mousse, gelatine, ice cream and other cold or hot preparations.
