Pavoflex 3D Silicone Mould – Quenelle, 7.7 x 5.1 x 4.2 cm (16 cavities) Pavoflex moulds are renowned for their high quality, unique shapes and classic Italian style. The flexible, non-stick design works equally well for cakes, ice cream, and other desserts. Each mould holds 16 quenelles. The mould is oven-safe to 280 °C, microwave-safe and freezer-safe to -40 °C. After use, rinse the mould with hot water; if any residue remains, simply wash with mild soap and a soft sponge.
