This ProGel from Rainbow Dust is the easiest way to colour your creations. A little goes a long way, delivering rich, deep shades to cakes, cookies and more. Use it with fondant, marzipan, sponge mixes and other bakery ingredients.

How to use
Start by adding a small amount of gel to your chosen medium—such as fondant, marsepein or batter—and knead or stir until the colour is evenly distributed. If the shade is too light, simply mix in another drop of ProGel until you reach the desired hue. Once you’re satisfied, the coloured product is ready to use.

Use 3 g of ProGel per 1 kg of mixture, up to a maximum of 5 g.
