Use it with fondant, marzipan, sponge mixes and more; the gel blends in quickly and evenly, so you can reach the perfect shade in no time.

How to use
Start by adding a small amount of gel to your chosen medium—such as fondant, marzipan or batter—and knead or stir until the colour is evenly distributed. If the shade seems too light, simply mix in another drop of ProGel until you reach the desired intensity. Once you’re happy with the colour, the product is ready to use.

Use 3 g of ProGel per 1 kg of mixture, with a maximum of 5 g.
