Very solid and compact stainless steel rolling-out machine. With this rolling-out machine, you can roll out any type of dough (think bread dough, puff pastry, pizza dough, fondant, marzipan, etc.) evenly. The advantage is that the rolling machine works manually (without power), so you can use it anywhere and everywhere. The rolling machine comes in a handy storage bag and is easy to take with you. Thanks to its compact size, the unroller fits on your kitchen counter and you can get started right away.

The roll-out machine comes with a polypropylene 'roll-out board' (SB-03 board) as standard.

• Adjustable thickness (maximum 17.5mm). Up to and including 5mm, the thickness can be set per 1mm. From 5 to 17.5, the thickness can be set per 2.5mm.
