    RUF Crème Brûlée 95 g

    The RUF Crème Brûlée baking mix brings the classic French dessert experience right into your home. The fine, creamy custard impresses with its delicate texture and harmoniously sweet taste. The special highlight is the typical caramel layer, which provides the characteristic crunch when broken with a spoon. Thanks to the enclosed sugar mixture, the caramelised surface is easy to create and ensures an authentic taste experience.

    Ideal as a stylish finale to a meal or as a special dessert for guests: this mix allows you to create a traditional crème brûlée with a creamy centre and a crispy surface. The balanced recipe ensures an even, stable consistency. Also suitable for a gluten-free diet, this dessert mix offers a versatile and classic option for special moments of indulgence.

    Preparation

    Pour 300 ml milk and 200 g liquid cream into a saucepan. Stir in the cream powder with a whisk, bring to the boil while stirring and allow to boil again. Pour the cream into 4 dessert bowls, allow to cool slightly and place in the refrigerator to cool completely. Approximately 10 minutes before serving, sprinkle the caramel sugar evenly over the cream. The sugar caramelises on its own, so there is no need to caramelise it further in the oven.
