    RUF Favourite Bread Carrot Nut Baking Mix 600 g

    With the RUF Favourite Bread Carrot Nut Baking Mix, you can make wholesome bread without any flour or yeast. The balanced recipe combines fine carrot pieces with aromatic nuts and ensures a moist texture and a pleasantly nutty taste. The harmonious combination of the mild sweetness of the carrot and the nutty bite makes this bread a varied alternative to classic bread types.

    Whether for breakfast with sweet or savoury spreads, as an accompaniment to salads and soups, or as a base for creative sandwiches, this carrot and nut bread is perfect for any occasion. The baking mix provides an easy base for homemade bread with a rustic character and wholesome profile.

    Preparation

    • Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
    • Fan oven: 160 °C
    • Baking time: 50–60 minutes
    1. Mix the baking mix thoroughly with boiling water.
    2. Leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven.
    3. Grease a loaf tin (approx. 25 cm), pour in the dough and press down firmly.
    4. Bake on the middle shelf.

    After baking, remove from the tin immediately and leave to cool on a wire rack. Store in the fridge and consume promptly. Sliced, the bread is ideal for freezing.
