    With the RUF Lieblingsbrot pumpkin seed baking mix, you can bake wholesome bread without any flour or yeast. The carefully balanced recipe combines selected ingredients with crunchy pumpkin seeds, giving the bread a hearty texture and a pleasant nutty flavour. The result is a moist, aromatic bread with a rustic character that can be enjoyed in many ways and offers a modern alternative to classic bread varieties.

    Whether for breakfast with sweet or savoury spreads, as an accompaniment to salads and soups, or as the basis for a filling sandwich, this pumpkin seed bread is perfect for any time of day. The baking mix is easy to use and produces a wholesome bread with a firm bite. Ideal for anyone who enjoys conscious eating and appreciates homemade bread.

    Preparation

    Preparation temperature

    • Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
    • Fan oven: 160 °C
    • Baking time: 50–60 minutes
    1. Stir the baking mix thoroughly with boiling water.
    2. Leave the dough to rest for 5 minutes and preheat the oven.
    3. Grease a loaf tin (approx. 25 cm), pour in the dough and press down firmly.
    4. Bake on the middle shelf.

    After baking, remove the bread from the tin immediately and leave to cool on a wire rack. Store in the fridge and consume promptly. Sliced, the bread is ideal for freezing.
