    Ingredients

    Baking mix: WHEAT FLOUR, sugar, baking powder (raising agent sodium carbonate, acidifier diphosphates, starch), SWEET WHEY POWDER, modified starch, natural flavouring. Cream powder: sugar, glucose syrup, palm oil, modified starch, emulsifier lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, skimmed milk yoghurt powder, milk protein, maltodextrin, thickener carrageenan, flavouring. Fondant: sugar, glucose syrup, vegetable fats (shea, coconut fat), humectant glycerine, thickeners (xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose), emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acidifier citric acid, preservative potassium sorbate, natural flavouring. Turquoise colour mix: sugar, starch, colourings (patent blue V, copper complexes of chlorophylls and chlorophyllins). Sugar crystals (1.5%): sugar, starch, palm fat, rice flour, colourings (brilliant blue FCF, iron oxides and iron hydroxides), natural flavouring.

    RUF Ice Princess Cupcakes 391 g are an enchanting cupcake creation with a wintery princess design. The light, fluffy dough is the perfect base for the creamy topping in cool light blue and white. Delicate sugar snowflakes and detailed fondant crowns give the cupcakes a fairy-tale look and make them a special eye-catcher on any festive table. The harmoniously coordinated components ensure a well-rounded overall picture and an impressive presentation.

    Ideal for children's birthday parties with a winter or princess theme, as well as for creative themed parties, these cupcakes add decorative highlights and invite individual decoration. The combination of fluffy pastry, two-tone cream and lovely decorative elements offers versatile design options and makes every baking session a special experience.

    Preparation

    Preparation temperature

    • Top and bottom heat: approx. 160 °C
    • Fan oven: approx. 150 °C
    • Baking time: approx. 25 minutes
    1. Prepare the batter: Put the baking mix, egg, milk and cooking oil in a mixing bowl. Mix briefly with a hand mixer on low speed, then mix on high speed for approx. 2 minutes until creamy. Optionally, fold in 100 g fresh or frozen blueberries. Divide the batter between 12 muffin cases and bake on the middle shelf. Then leave to cool.
    2. Shape the fondant: Knead the fondant well, roll out to a thickness of approx. 3 mm and cut into strips. Cut out the tips of the crowns, moisten the ends slightly, stick them together and leave to dry for approx. 30 minutes.
    3. Prepare the cream and decorate: Mix the cold milk with the cream powder and whip. Colour half of the cream with food colouring. Fill both creams into piping bags, garnish the cupcakes and decorate with sugar crystals and fondant crowns.
