The RUF Muffins Cheesecake Baking Mix combines two popular classics in a special combination: moist muffins and the typical taste of an American cheesecake. The light dough encloses a creamy filling, which ensures a particularly delicate texture and a visible cheesecake note inside. The finely balanced recipe ensures an even structure and an appealing appearance – ideal for anyone who appreciates creamy treats in a handy form.

Whether for brunch, birthdays or as a sweet highlight on the buffet, these cheesecake muffins offer a variety of presentation options. Decorated with fresh fruit, icing sugar or a glaze, they can be given an individual touch. They are also versatile as a basis for creative American-style dessert ideas and ensure special moments of enjoyment.

Preparation

Preparation temperature

Top and bottom heat: 180 °C
Fan oven: 160 °C
Baking time: approx. 18–20 minutes

Prepare the dough: Preheat the oven. Put the baking mix, eggs, cooking oil and water or milk in a bowl. Mix briefly on the lowest setting, then mix on the highest setting for approx. 1 minute until creamy.
Prepare the cheesecake cream: Put the cream cheese and cream powder in a bowl and mix with a mixer or whisk until creamy.
Fill the cases: Arrange the muffin cases on a baking tray. Pour the batter evenly into the cases and spoon the cream into the centre of each case.
Bake and cool: Bake on the middle shelf. Test with a skewer and then leave the muffins to cool on a wire rack.
