The contents consist of 97% gently freeze-dried lemon peel from organic cultivation, supplemented with a little lemon oil for a particularly intense aroma. This creates a balanced combination of fruity freshness, delicate sweetness and subtle tartness. Ideal when you don't have any fresh lemons to hand or only need a small amount of zest.

Whether in cakes, pastries, desserts or even savoury dishes, the organic lemon zest can be sprinkled or stirred in directly, giving doughs, creams and fillings a distinct lemon flavour. One bag contains the zest of a whole lemon and is resealable, so the aroma is preserved for a long time.
