Ingredients

Baking mix: wheat flour, sugar, baking powder (raising agent sodium carbonate, acidifier diphosphates, starch), natural flavouring. Glaze mix: sugar, lactose, modified starch, concentrate from (safflower, radish, carrot), natural flavouring. 2.6% sugar sprinkles: sugar, coconut oil, concentrate from (radish, lemon, blackcurrant), colourings (curcumin, patent blue V), glucose syrup, coating agent beeswax, white and yellow. Red colour mix: sugar, starch, low-fat cocoa powder, natural flavouring, colourings (iron oxides and iron hydroxides, carmine). Decorative wafers: starch, olive oil, maltodextrin, carthamus extract, colourings (brilliant blue FCF, betanin, brown HT, brilliant black PN), emulsifier soya lecithin.

With the RUF PAW Patrol Muffin Mix, you can whip up 12 themed muffins in no time at all for little fans of the popular four-legged heroes. The light batter with a fruity strawberry flavour is complemented by a bright red glaze that gives each muffin an eye-catching look. Printed muffin cases with motifs of the well-known characters are sure to delight when served and make the cakes a real eye-catcher.

Colourful sprinkles and decorative wafers featuring PAW Patrol characters round off the set and allow for individual design. Ideal for children's birthday parties, themed parties or as a highlight on the cake buffet, the muffins can be creatively decorated to suit the occasion. This baking mix combines fruity flavour with colourful design and offers a practical complete solution for an all-round harmonious baking experience.

Preparation

Preparation temperature

Top and bottom heat: approx. 160 °C
Fan oven: approx. 150 °C
Baking time: approx. 25 minutes

Prepare the batter: Preheat the oven and place muffin cases on a baking tray. Put the baking mix, egg, cooking oil and milk in a mixing bowl. Mix briefly on the lowest setting, then on the highest setting for approx. 1 minute until creamy. Halve the batter, colour one half and stir in.
Baking: Divide the coloured batter evenly among the cases and cover with the plain batter. Bake on the middle shelf and test with a skewer. Leave the muffins to cool on a wire rack.
Decorating: Stir the icing mixture with lukewarm water until smooth and spread a teaspoonful onto each muffin. Sprinkle sugar sprinkles onto the moist icing and decorate with decorative wafers as desired.
