    RUF pizza dough is the perfect, easy-to-use base for crispy, golden-brown pizza creations. The carefully balanced mixture ensures a smooth, elastic dough with a pleasant texture and good malleability. After baking, the pizza has a crispy base and a light crumb – ideal for classic recipes or creative homemade creations. In no time at all, you can create an authentic pizza base with a wide range of uses.

    Whether traditional with tomato sauce and cheese, Mediterranean with vegetables or individual with unusual ingredients – this pizza dough provides the ideal basis for a variety of oven-baked dishes. The mix is also ideal for pizza rolls, filled dough rolls or small party pizzas. A practical solution for anyone who wants to enjoy homemade pizza with consistent results.

    Preparation

    Preparation temperature

    • Top/bottom heat: approx. 200 °C
    • Fan oven: approx. 180 °C
    • Baking time: approx. 30 minutes

    We recommend baking the pizza using top/bottom heat.

    1. Prepare the dough: Place the basic mixture, yeast, lukewarm water and cooking oil in a mixing bowl. Knead briefly with the dough hook, first on the lowest setting, then for approx. 2 minutes on the medium setting. Shape the dough into a ball and leave to rest in a warm place for approx. 20 minutes.
    2. Prepare the dough: Line a baking tray (approx. 40 x 30 cm) with baking paper. Knead the dough again, roll it out into a round or square shape as desired and place it on the tray.
    3. Top and bake: Mix the pizza sauce with cold water, spread on the dough and top as desired. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake on the middle shelf. The baking time may vary depending on the toppings.
