Saracino Ice Cream Base Mix 300g is perfect for making ice cream in an easy way. Mix 1 litre of milk with 150g of base mix, add 230g of sugar and 100g of fresh cream. The ice cream can then be flavoured however you like. For example, make a delicious raspberry, mocha or orange ice cream. The possibilities are endless. The pouch contains 300 grams.

Ingredients: skimmed milk powder, vegetable fat (coconut), milk proteins, glucose syrup, dextrose, maltodextrin, emulsifier, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic acid ester of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, thickeners: locust bean gum, guar gum, carrageenan. *May contain traces of egg, peanuts, soya and tree nuts. (almond, hazelnut, pistachio).
