Saracino Mirror Glaze Caramel 350g is ideal for a finishing touch to desserts, mousses or cakes. The jelly gives a beautiful shine to baking creations. In addition, it has a delicious deep caramel flavour. Perfect in combination with chocolate cake or a banana mousse. The jar contains 350 grams.

Use: Heat the paste to 35/40°C. Slowly stir the paste until cohesive. Pour the mirror glaze over a cooled baking dish. Then place the bake in the freezer to set.

Ingredients: glucose syrup, water, white chocolate 20% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder), sugar, dextrose, rice starch, colours: E150a, E100, thickeners: E440(ii), E450(i), preservatives: E202, acidity regulators: E330, E331, flavouring. *May contain traces of egg, peanuts, soya, milk or nuts (almond, hazelnut, pistachio).
