Would you like to make your own chocolate decorations? Then the Saracino Modelling Chocolate Blue 250g is super handy. You just need to knead this ready-to-use modelling chocolate smoothly and it is ready to use. Perfect for making decorative figures, such as flowers, vehicles or animals.

It is not recommended to work with the chocolate in a warm room. If it does get hot, put the chocolate in the fridge between uses. Working with plastic gloves can also help.

Ingredients: white chocolate (32%) (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOJA lecithin, flavouring), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: potassium sorbate E202, citric acid E330, colouring: E102. *Can contain traces of egg, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and milk.
