The Saracino Modelling Chocolate Green 250g is easy to work with and once it is in place, it will hold its shape quickly. All you need to do before use is knead the chocolate until smooth. You can then use the modelling chocolate to make beautiful and detailed decorations. Great for shaping flowers, animals, cartoons or other figures.

Working with the chocolate is best done in a cool room and wearing plastic gloves can also help. Working in a warmer room? Then you can cool the chocolate in between.

Ingredients: white chocolate 32% (sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier: SOJA lecitihine, flavouring), sugar, glucose syrup, potato starch, maize starch, preservative: E202, citric acid: E330, colouring: E102, E133. *Can contain traces of egg, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, pistachios and milk.
