The Silikomart Silicone Baking Mould Mini Cube (336x) 1.1cm is a flexible silicone mould with 336 small cube-shaped cavities. Each cube has a capacity of approximately 1 ml. The silicone material ensures that you can easily remove the cubes from the mould.

Use the mould, for example, to make jelly cubes using fruit purée with a gelling agent such as gelatine or agar. Leave these to set in the fridge and then use them in desserts or as a decoration on cakes. You can also use it to make coffee, caramel or fruit cubes to add to bavarois or cream desserts. 

Also suitable for freezing liquid flavourings such as coulis or syrups. You can later use the frozen cubes in creams, fillings or as a centrepiece in a dessert.
